By accessing or using Science Research AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Science Research AI provides an institutional-grade AI research platform that includes access to a database of over 20,000 ISEF (International Science and Engineering Fair) projects, AI-powered similarity analysis, topic generation, experiment planning, and report generation tools designed to support science research education.

Subscription Terms

We offer the following subscription plans:

• • Teacher Pro: $15/month — Individual teacher access with 1,000 AI chats and 50 document generations per month.
• • School License: Annual subscription — Multi-teacher access with IP-based authentication, available in Small, Medium, and Large tiers.
• • District License: Custom pricing — Enterprise-level deployment with unlimited access and dedicated support.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Institutional Licenses

School and District licenses include the following features:

• • IP-based access authentication for seamless institutional deployment
• • Usage analytics and reporting dashboards
• • Invoice and purchase order (PO) billing support
• • Priority customer support with dedicated account management

Acceptable Use

Our platform is designed to support science research education. Acceptable uses include:

• • Research planning and topic exploration
• • Supporting original student effort in science fair projects
• • Understanding and following competition rules and guidelines

Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• • Sharing login credentials or access codes with unauthorized users
• • Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of platform data
• • Reverse engineering any part of the platform or its AI models
• • Misrepresenting AI-generated content as solely original student authorship

Limitation of Liability

Science Research AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
